Timothy Ian Crawley is the founding and managing partner of Crawley LLP. He takes pride in developing creative solutions to meet his clients’ legal needs strategically, efficiently, and effectively. And he takes even more pride in treating his clients with dignity and empathy as partners in achieving a shared goal.

Tim practices a wide range of law, including executing business and property transactions, drafting estate planning documents, conducting defendant & plaintiff-side litigation, navigating regulatory issues, and much more. He has represented clients in the aerospace, agriculture, construction, real estate, entertainment, shipping, and emergent-technology spaces, promoting his clients’ interests and adding value throughout. He frequently practices in the state and federal courts of Oregon and California, drawing from his expertise across many different disciplines to navigate complex legal issues for his clients.

Tim lives with his wife, Ashley, in Portland, Oregon with their four kids Errol, Veyda, Clover, and Merrick. He chairs the board of the Johnson Creek Watershed Council and the finance council of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, and donates a significant amount of his practice to pro bono work. He has volunteered at home and abroad in support of the environment, equity and inclusion, and civil rights. Before founding Crawley LLP, Tim led education outreach at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, served clients in the technology entrepreneur space as an associate attorney with a distinguished Silicon Valley firm, and even crewed a commercial salmon fishing boat.

Elizabeth Pabjanek is a dedicated advocate for her clients. She has worked extensively on cases involving personal injury, construction, and business law, and operates on a client-centered approach. Elizabeth places a high priority on actively listening to her clients, aiming to thoroughly comprehend and address their legal concerns. She is dedicated to developing solutions that strategically and efficiently address clients’ needs, ensuring continuous client involvement through clear and effective communication throughout the entire process.

After graduating from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science, Elizabeth spent the next few years working as a Specialist Clerk for the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office, where she was inspired to pursue her legal career. Elizabeth is a twice graduate of Lewis and Clark Law School, earning her Juris Doctor in 2018 and her Master of Law (L.L.M) cum laude in Environmental Law in 2022. While earning her law degrees, Elizabeth worked as a research assistant for two different law professors, as a law clerk for a personal injury firm, and as a legal extern for both the Oregon Refuse and Recycling Association (ORRA) and the Center for Biological Diversity.

In her spare time, Elizabeth loves hanging out with her two dogs Dexter and Samwise, exploring Oregon’s many parks and trails, camping, meditation, yoga, and the occasional round of disc golf.
